The 12×12 metre (40x40ft) Dome Shelter is a strong, weatherproof shelter with 144 m² of undercover space. There are no internal support posts, therefore the entire space is useable and safe for all kinds of activities. It’s durable enough for commercial use but easy for anyone with handyman skills to understand, assemble, and relocate as needed.

Shelter Span
The shelter spans 40ft or 12m between two 40ft shipping containers and connects onto the roof. Different combinations are possible, such as a single post set with a shipping container on the other side or a double row post set.

• Weatherproof and Corrosion-resistant Materials:
  The frame is made of strong hot-dip galvanised steel, and the cover is constructed from heavy-duty multi-layer PVC, providing excellent protection from wind, sun, and rain.
• Quick-Mount Design:
  Uses a “Quick-Mount” base rail system so no welding is required—just simple tools, bolts and clamps. No special skills needed to build the base rail system and arch frame. Simply twist and lock the corner base plates onto each container, assemble the main frame.

Step-by-Step Assembly Process

1. Attach the Base Plates and Rails:
   Twist and lock the foot plates into the top corner blocks of the containers. Assemble the base rails. Secure the base rails to the container using specially engineered C-clamps and bolts.
2. Build the Frame:
   Assemble arch sections to form a single arch truss.  Install the arches into the truss tube sleeves on the base rails. Connect the arches with Purlin tubes. Brace the front and rear end of the frame with cross-bracing tubes.
3. Add the End Wall:
   Set up and install the end wall tube frame and PVC cover for extra protection.
4. Install the Cover:
   Install the PVC cover over the frame and tie it down with a combination of steel tension tubes ratchets and straps for a snug, weatherproof fit.
