The new 40x40ft (12x12m) Quick-Mount Commercial Grade Dome Shelter now features 9 arches with 56 purlins connecting the structure together to form a solid structure. Enhancing the stability of the frame are 16 cross-bracing tubes situated between the first and last 2 arches.

This ultra-portable and semi-permanent structure is designed to provide a total of 144m² of under cover weatherproof space. This reliable shelter is engineered to withstand harsh environmental conditions, offering superior protection for business-critical machinery and materials against wind, rain, cold, dust, frost, and even snow.

• Incorporates a 9-arch framework using 76mm diameter Circular Hollow Section (CHS) steel tubing, engineered for optimal strength-to-weight performance.
• Features 56 steel purlins of 60mm diameter, securely linking each arch for enhanced structural cohesion and stability.
• Integrates 16 cross-bracing tubes, each 46mm in diameter, to reinforce lateral stability and structural rigidity.
• Utilises 28 tensioning ratchets to secure and bond the front and rear arches together with the roof cover, maintaining uniform tension across the structure.
• Includes 18 galvanised ratchets, evenly spaced along the structure’s length, to firmly anchor the roof cover and prevent slippage under load.
• Employs 4 dedicated hook ratchets to provide precise tensioning at cover overlaps on the front and rear arches, eliminating weak points.
• Manufactured from hot-dip galvanized steel throughout for superior corrosion resistance and extended service life.
• Designed with a Quick-Mount ‘no weld’ assembly system, ensuring rapid installation and minimising on-site construction complexity.
• Equipped with a sectional Rectangular Hollow Section (RHS) galvanized steel base rail, featuring adjustable clamps for robust anchorage to shipping containers, post sets, brick walls, and other foundational elements.
